Perfectly pan-seared Scottish salmon, served with a medley of roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet butternut squash, and golden beets. Complemented by tender artichoke hearts and earthy shiitake mushrooms, all brought together with a velvety sauce soubise. A dish crafted for elegance and rich flavor. – $50/plate
ABOUT: The Sunday Supper Series is a culinary experience at Dynamis. Each month, we serve a comforting one-course meal preceded by a welcoming glass of wine. Enjoy Dynamis wines by the glass or bottle and indulge in a Bobby Boy Bakeshop entremets for dessert (Sold separately). Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends, and meet some new ones too. For those new to Dynamis, we suggest starting your experience with a tasting (please note when making your reservation). For groups larger than 6 people, please call for a reservation.
Payment: Your credit card will not be billed in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event, otherwise the full ticket price will be billed on the day of the event to cover the cost of food purchased.
